  • The VMOA accesses clinic systems using ClinicLine’s Canadian Servers with a local IP address, aligning with clinic and privacy expectations.
  • Login credentials and multi-factor authentication are securely managed using industry leading privacy tools including Keeper and Okta, ensuring controlled access at all times.

This setup allows the VMOA to work inside clinic systems as an extension of the team while maintaining strong security controls.

 Embedded Day-to-Day Support

  • The VMOA operates as part of the clinic’s administrative workflow.
  • Support includes scheduling, messaging, task coordination, and ongoing administrative workflows based on clinic standards.
  • Work is performed inside the clinic’s existing systems and processes, not parallel tools.

From the clinic’s perspective, support functions like an internal team member without the burden of hiring, training, or coverage planning.

Oversight, Coaching & Backup Coverage

  • Every VMOA is supervised by a dedicated ClinicLine Coach.
  • The Coach reviews work quality, joins relevant meetings, and ensures alignment with clinic expectations.
  • Backup coverage is provided when needed to maintain continuity and avoid service gaps.

VMOA → Coach → Technical Representative → Internal Trainer
